Stirling services is a service station on the M9 in Scotland.
Personal expierence
We were stuck at Stirling sevices for 2 days with no lifts, and ended up getting a bus to Glasgow. The dumpster is a trash compactor, so no chance of food there. Awful place. The only bonus is that the field behind the services isn't too bad for camping, and has a decent view of the mountains.
