Stepanakert is the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Hitchhiking out
South/West towards Shushi, Goris and Hadrut, Karmir Shuka
Take Minibus 10 anywhere from Azatamartikneri Ave or Vazgen Sargsyan street to the end of Baghramyan Street - the last stop is at the Kamurj restaurant at the bottom of the hill. HH right from there, you will quickly find a ride to Shushi, and a view cars going to Goris.
For Kamir Shuka & Hadrut: the turn-off is at about 1,5km from the Kamurj restaurant.
