There is a high way entrance with in the city that will get you north or south.

If you are in eureka you can get a bus here for 5 bucks.

Accommodation and Sleep
Head out of the city towards Redway. there is a hill on the left after the highway entrance called hippie hill that is pretty good for camping. If you can't find a spot there, keep walking along and look into all the green areas around the highway.
Other useful info
There is a feed in Redway at the Mateel Community center Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 12 . if you show up early and offer to volunteer you can get some extra food and probably some weed as well.
